My name is Sarah Clark. I was born in a small town in the state of Virginia and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in California when I was 12 years old.
I was born into a non-Christian family, however my mother started taking me to church when I was about 13. Though I attended church for a couple years, I truly gave my life to the Lord when I was about 16. With my home town church, I participated in numerous missions trips to the Philippines and Honduras.
When I turned 18, I decided to attend college to get my degree in criminal law. After two semesters, the Lord told me I was to go to Lionsgate Leadership & Missions Institute in Southern California under the direction of Troy Marshall Ministries. It was through this school that I was given the opportunity to move to Tennessee and intern with the Pavilion Church for five months.
My internship responsibilities included administrative duties as well as working with the youth, especially the junior high youth group.
The Lord has truly blessed me by placing me where He did. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have had the chance to serve at the Pavilion. Pastors Bart and Sonja and the leadership team have been so welcoming and caring to me during this internship. Working with this church has been one of the most fulfilling times of my life.
I’m currently enrolled in college to finish my degree in criminal law and then look forward to attending law school in central California. I know the Lord has so many great plans for my life.
I’m so thankful for the time I spent with my Pavilion Church family and plan on coming back to visit often.
