Patty Kristin

Ministry Development Leader

Patty applies her career expertise in process and procedures development to assist our ministry team leaders in developing their ministry protocols (the why, what and how of their ministry), which is Phase One of our Mentoring and Discipleship Model. Phase Two is discipleship, equipping leaders with biblically-based principles with the focus on spiritual growth as the path to becoming Christ-centered leaders. "I am so grateful to God and humbled to have been placed here by Him to serve in this capacity. It’s a challenge that keeps stretching me and I love that!"

Patty is also passionate about her jail ministry, having served as a volunteer teacher in the Sumner Country Jail Homeward Bound Program since 2009. Patty teaches a curriculum she developed and which "God has continued to refine. I give them a guaranteed way to a changed life – trusting in God, believing in the identity they have in Christ. I refer to myself as an Isaiah 61 woman – I have been anointed to set the captives free."

Patty is also an artist, creating paintings inspired by the subtle color changes God paints in the sky. She also loves everything British, hosting afternoon tea complete with tea sandwiches, scones and her signature PatTeaCakes and is a die-hard Downton Abbey fan; "I have all the DVD’s and can only go a few months without watching it all over again."
