Appointed Kid's Vacation Bible School!
Wednesday June 12th - Friday June 14th
6:00-8:30pm
Saturday June 15th
12:00pm-2:00pm
What does pick up & drop off time look like?
Kids can be checked in 15 minutes before VBS and they need to be picked up 15 minutes after VBS is over. We use the KidCheck system in our kid’s church area. You must provide a photo ID at BOTH pick up/drop off time. Guardians will receive a unique printed number each night that corresponds with their child. The guardians picking up the child must provide photo ID as well as the matching printed corresponded number.
How much will VBS cost?
Thanks to the generous support of our community we will be hosting VBS at no cost to the families! We are always open for donations to help support more events and activities for our community.
Will food be provided?
Each night we will provide a light dinner! For example: sandwich, snack, apple, and water. Please inform us for any food allergies BEFORE the event.
What if my child has allergies?
We will have alternative allergy-free snacks and foods available. We cannot guarantee that food and this environment can be 100% allergy free. We will make every effort to work with those with allergies. Please let us know of any allergies or sensitivities your child has at time of registration on the first night.
Can my child bring a friend?
Each child needs to register for VBS! Registration will be open each night of VBS so your kid can bring a friend along with them! Their guardian can register online before or at the time of VBS.
What are the age limits?
Children entering First through Fifth Grade!
What will a typical night at VBS look like?
Each night we will have interactive bible stories - Jonah, Noah, Paul - with music, games, and food!
What is different about Saturday?
Parents Day! We will be outside enjoying fun in the water and presenting what the kids learned at VBS that week.
Can parents attend one night?
Parents can only attend Saturday. Any person around the children during VBS must go through our background check program.
What are the security procedures to ensure the safety of my child?
Each volunteer is background checked and will be identified during VBS with have a t-shirt and badge. No children will be unattended or alone with an adult. Children are in a secured area of church. Each child will be checked in through our KidCheck system and we require photo ID for dropping off/picking up.
What time is regular Sunday service?
On Sundays our service starts at 10:30am. The Sunday after VBS we will be having a special Father's Day service as well as Sunday Funday in the Appointed Kids Church! Children who attend VBS will receive a sundae voucher to get a treat on Sunday!
