Ministries Coordinator
Elsa helps coordinate all things Pavilion -- people, events, details, etc. She especially works hands-on with our Team Leaders, helping them to build their teams implementing Pastor Bart’s vision of his Phase I, Phase II and Phase III Mentoring and Discipleship Model.
Having spent a number of years in the music business as well as corporate management, combined with her love for Jesus, has ironically been the perfect training for Elsa to serve as the Ministries Coordinator for the Pavilion.

Elsa is married to Ralph Nine and between them they have two grown sons, a beautiful daughter and daughter-in-law and three grandchildren.
